Shipping policy
- DELIVERY TIME AND COST
- All orders are processed within 1 working day and shipped with FedEx Economy or International Priority depending on customer’s decision while checking out.
- Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday will be processed the following business day. Please note that MASU Official Online Store operation follows Japanese calendar.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, or delays caused by Holidays or natural disasters.
- Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, and cost will vary depending on delivery destination and size of an item.
- Delivery time may differ depending on delivery destination.
- DUTIES and TAXES
- Items may be subject to custom fees, import fees and/or taxes billed to customer, and these are responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by MASU Official Online Store.
- These costs may vary by the customs office of designated country.
- If the customer cannot clear the package from the custom clearance and package returns to MASU Official Online Store, we will attempt one more time to ship to ordered delivery address upon your agreement. If it fails at second delivery attempt, your order will be automatically cancelled and your purchase will be refunded with deduction of delivery costs occurred by failure of acceptance, and 35% restocking fee will be charged.
- SPECIAL DELIVERY
- A $10 shipping and handling fee may be added to all special release items at checkout. ($5 for each additional special release item)
